I’m Meaghan Fors, the strategist and builder behind Forsight Studio. I help teams make sense of complexity and turn good ideas into practical next steps. My work sits at the intersection of innovation strategy, systems thinking, product development, research, and facilitation — bringing together the structure of consulting with the creativity of a studio.

What makes my approach different is my ability to move from ambiguity to execution. I can map the messy system, identify the real opportunity, design the workshop that gets people aligned, and shape the first version of the tool, process, or roadmap that makes the work easier.

My background spans innovation strategy, audience and customer research, cross-functional process design, digital product thinking, campaign and content systems, and strategic project work inside a fast-moving professional sports organization. I understand how ideas actually move through teams — where they get stuck, where clarity breaks down, and what it takes to bring people with different priorities into a shared direction.
